They were the highest profile lesbian couple, and they're over. Some say Lindsay went buckwild, and doesn't want to break up. I don't get it. Samantha Ronson is ass ugly, BUT I could see how chicks in that scene would like her. She'll stay relevant, so we haven't heard the last of her. Lindsay on the other hand needs to do a Britney, then go to rehab, and then go for her comeback.

The Biggest L couple right now...
As much as I'm not really impressed at all with Samantha Ronson, Lindsay's hot sometimes, and they ARE the biggest lesbian couple out right now...
I think Samantha's hair's waaaaay better now that's not ghastly bleached blond with dark roots...

"Gay for Play"
There were a couple recent stories about these two that captured my attention. The first being that Samantha Ronson was going to write her memoirs (already!?) and Lindsay's Dad was UPSET sayin' she was nobody before Lindsay, she's using Lindsay, and that Lindsay isn't working now because she's with Sam all the time....now I don't know about the book or about Sam USING Linds, but that last part rings just a little too true. You know how lesbians get when we're newly wifed...no time for friends, family, pets, heck BREATHING. It's one of the things we do that kinda disgusts me, and I hate to admit to my straight friends...
The second story was that a gay organization was sayin' Lindsay's new relationship is just her following a new lesbian trend and basically it was a case of being "gay for play"...I dunno, I mean, I think lesbians have seen this happen a lot....a girl (usually some stud or dyke, freakin' lucky andro-bastards) brings a "new" chick to the club that noone's seen before, it's the new chicks "first time" she falls head over heels for the girl, they have a whirlwind romance lasting the standard 1-3 months, have a horrible break up, the new chick comes to the club solo or with her straight girls a couple times, but then you never see her again until you're at some amusement park and see her walking through the crowd hand-in-hand with some dude...it's no big deal...we all go through phases, some of us just go through a cream-facial cleanser vs. gel-facial cleanser phase, rather than an all out sexuality-change phase, but ya know, whatev...who are we to judge? Aren't WE tired of other's judging us?! If it's a fad or trend, COOL, if we get to dip into a few straight chicks who are following it, EVEN BETTER! ;-P
